Please Welcome Kloy!

Kloy brighter 800pxWe’re happy to welcome Kloy to our team.

Dolhathai “Kloy” Intawong began her doctoral program in conducting at UNC this fall after moving to Colorado from Thailand in late August.

Although she grew up playing music and singing, since choir is not common in Thailand, it wasn’t until she came to the US as a high school exchange student that she experienced choir herself. She fell immediately in love! She completed her master degree in Choral Conducting at Shanghai Conservatory of Music, and then returned to Thailand where her brand-new choir went on to win a national contest in the the Gospel & Spiritual category. She has been invited as a guest conductor throughout China and Thailand, and currently serves as the Director of Choral Activities at Rangsit University. She was recruited to the program in Greeley by her professor Dr. Jill Burgett who saw her at work and knew she was a rare talent.

We are blessed to have Kloy as a part of our team for a 9-month internship focused on choral direction in the congregational setting..
